Senator Eigel supports medical freedom — opposes mandates for children to get COVID 19 shot

Protecting medical freedom is vital to our role in government of defending individual rights.

Like every other parent I know, the CDC doesn’t make medical decisions for our children, and won’t start with the COVID shot here in Missouri either.

Currently, the Missouri vaccination list is updated by rule adoption from the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services.

But this is too important to be left up to a government department–on December 1st, I will file legislation to prohibit the COVID-19 shot from being required to attend any public school in Missouri

Let’s protect parents’ right to determine what medical decisions are the right ones for their kids.
