Last night Senator Eigel got to speak to the freedom loving folks of We The People of Greater Kansas City. What a great crowd with almost every seat taken by individuals concerned about the direction of Missouri!
The top issue, once again, was significant concern expressed over Missouri’s election integrity, in particular about Missouri’s participation in the Electronic Registration Information Center (ERIC). This is an out-of-state organization that requires Missouri to provide personally identifiable information–such as Driver’s License number, telephone and email, full name and address information–to the ERIC system. It is unclear what benefit, if any, the state is getting in return for the sharing of millions of citizens’ private data or why election integrity protocols could not be controlled within Show-Me State borders.
Also at the meeting were candidates for the Jackson County Legislature and the Missouri House of Representatives who spoke to the crowd about the importance of electing the right Republicans during next months general election. Thank you to all the members of WTPGKC that made such a nice welcome for Senator Eigel!
Let’s Go Missouri!!!
